Tiziana Sardiello

Tiziana Sardiello holds a PhD in sociology from Stockholm University (2011). She has been visiting scholar at Stanford University and research fellow at the Stockholm Center for Organizational Research at Stockholm University.  In 2017, she was one of the researchers selected by the Swedish government’s Trust Delegation to investigate the implementation of trust-based management systems in the Swedish public administration. Since 2022 she holds a position as senior lecturer in the Department of Social Sciences, Technology and Arts at Luleå University of Technology conducting research on sustainable management and leadership systems in highly digitized and “green” organizations.
