Ellen Delvaux

After obtaining a PhD in the field of psychology at the University of Leuven, Ellen started working at the research department of IDEWE, an occupational health service in Belgium.

There she is working as a project manager in the field of psychosocial well-being at work covering topics such as aggression, work-life balance, diversity and inclusion and suicide prevention.

In her projects, she tries to combine the best of both worlds of research and practice and is enthusiastic about using co-creation methods in collaboration with different stakeholders to gain insights into their needs and to work together towards a healthier workplace.
