Elise Vanbeuren

Elise Vanbeuren obtained her Bachelor in Applied Health Sciences (Howest) and her Master of Science in Health Promotion in 2022 (UGent). In 2023 she obtained her Master of Arts in Gender & Diversity (interuniversity). In 2023, she worked as a scientific collaborator in a research project ActiveAge@home (interuniversity). Her PhD focuses on creating and evaluating compassionate workplaces. The aim of the study is to conduct research in creating warm and supportive work environments that offer support to people who are going through End-of-Life experiences (serious illness, caregiving, death, bereavement).
